I'm Emery Moye — a student, athlete, and builder interested in product management, data analytics, and the recruiting industry.

I'm a double major in Information Systems & Technology and Finance at Duquesne University, where I also compete as a D1 track & field athlete. Outside of class I work in technical recruiting at Monochrome, where I handle candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach for roles at top quant trading firms.

TrackAndFieldStandards.com started because I saw a gap no one had filled. Growing it to 650k views taught me more about product thinking, user behavior, and distribution than anything else I've done — and it's the project I'm most proud of.
